Size: 27" x 27"
Fiber: 100% cotton
Technique: Ice dyed, geode fold
Colorway: Honey Bee
I ice dyed this one of a kind tea towel using a geode fold. As the ice melted, the dye broke into coral and golden honey tones with little pockets of soft olive green where the colors mixed. White lines wind through the whole towel like the rings inside a cracked open stone. There's a white loop on one corner so you can hang it on a hook or oven handle.
Every towel is folded and dyed by hand, so the one pictured is the exact towel you'll receive.
Already rinsed
I've rinsed and washed this towel to remove excess dye. It's ready to use the day it arrives.
Care instructions
Wash in cold water with similar colors. Skip bleach and detergents with brighteners or whiteners, because they can fade the dye over time. Tumble dry on low or hang to dry. A tiny bit of color release in the first wash or two is normal for hand dyed cotton.
