I ice dyed this one of a kind tea towel using a geode fold. Soft lavender and stormy slate purple swirl across the towel, broken up by wide white bands that look like sea foam pulling back from the shore. The dye split as the ice melted and left charcoal spots, faint seafoam green, and warm tan speckles along the edges of the white. There's a pale loop on one corner so you can hang it on a hook or oven handle.
Every towel is folded and dyed by hand, so the one pictured is the exact towel you'll receive.
Already rinsed
I've rinsed and washed this towel to remove excess dye. It's ready to use the day it arrives.
Care instructions
Wash in cold water with similar colors. Skip bleach and detergents with brighteners or whiteners, because they can fade the dye over time. Tumble dry on low or hang to dry. A tiny bit of color release in the first wash or two is normal for hand dyed cotton.
